My Story
How I started helping young writers
I was a child who was blessed to have a natural aptitude for writing and reading. I was writing stories from a young age and reading them to my sisters.
Graduating from King’s College London with a first class degree in English Language and Literature, I had a growing desire to help others who hadn’t had the same privilege as me. My Experience
From writing workshops to GCSE tuition
I began running writing workshops for a community centre in my local area, helping adults with complex needs develop a writing practice and access their creativity.
I also began tutoring children of all ages, helping them find their writers’ voice and achieve more in school.
I found that helping teenagers work towards their English GCSE goals was one of the most rewarding forms of tuition for me, and I began to focus in on becoming a top GCSE tutor.
I’ve since been helping as many students as I can to excel in their GSCE exams!
